If an order was fulfilled incorrectly, you must notify the Trace3 Store using the online form on the Support page. Click the support navigational link and detail the problem asking for the shipment to fulfilled properly. You will be given instructions on how to return your incorrect order.
Damaged Boxes or Merchandise
If your shipment has been damaged, you will need to notify the Trace3 Store using the online form on the Support page. The material will be picked up with a call tag and a new order will be generated.
There are no guarantees that you will be able to cancel an order. You may try to cancel an order using the online form on the Support page. If successful, and you are using rewards point, your rewards points will be added back to your account.
Conditions not eligible for return
If your order was fulfilled correctly and undamaged, but you are not satisfied with the products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for resolution. Undesired orders are not eligible for return into the Trace3 Company Store.
